DAPlanner?
DAPlanner is a free search tool for NSW development consent conditions. It lets you search, filter, and compare conditions across Greater Sydney councils — something that currently requires manually downloading consent PDFs from the NSW Planning Portal and reading them one by one.
The data comes from panel-determined DAs (typically CIV >$30M) published on the NSW Planning Portal. Conditions are extracted using AI and keyword matching across 8 specialist profiles.
The Error Audit uses AI to check every condition for outdated legislation, abolished agency names, spelling errors, and unenforceable conditions. The Canterbury-Bankstown pilot found 39 errors across 7 DAs.
