(2) The appeal is upheld. (3) Development consent is granted to development application No DA-2025/8 as amended for demolition of existing structures, tree removal, and construction of an 8 storey residential flat building containing 30 residential units (including 6 affordable housing units), 3 levels of basement car parking, and associated landscaping at Lots C, D, E and F in DP 28085, known as 55-61 Bonar Street, Arncliffe, NSW, 2205, subject to the conditions of consent in Annexure A.
