(2) Development consent is granted to Development Application 762/2026/HA for the future use of an existing games room and internal parking area, plus a new mezzanine level office within the Bella Vista Hotel which is to be adapted and used as a games room or an entertainment space for live events, and an increase in patron numbers from 440 (420 patron and 20 staff) to 2,200 persons at the Bella Vista Hotel at 13-15 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista subject to the conditions in Annexure A.
