(2) Development consent is granted to DA/621/2024, as amended, for the construction of a new hardstand area approximately 1.8ha in size, flood mitigation basin and associated stormwater infrastructure works including a 600m3 OSD tank, earthworks, removal of trees, and tree and shrub planting on land legally described as Lot 222 in Deposited Plan 840723, known as 17 Berry Street, Clyde, subject to the conditions at Annexure A. (3) The exhibits are returned, except for Ex A, C and 3.
