(2) Development consent for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of an eight (8) storey shop top housing development inclusive of infill affordable rental housing, commercial premises (retail/office) and indoor recreation facility (gym) located above basement parking, communal rooftop terrace and associated landscaping at Lot 154 DP 805793, Lot 153 DP 805793, Lot 152 DP 805793 and Lot 155 DP 805793, also known as 245-247 Rocky Point Road, Ramsgate, is determined by the grant of consent, subject to conditions of consent at Annexure A. (3) All exhibits are returned, except for A, B and 9.
