Section 7.11 / 7.12 Contributions Condition 4 of the base consent requires the payment of a Section 7.12 (formerly section 94A) Development Contribution Payment of $2,800.00 under 7.12 of the former Ashfield Section 94 Development Contribution Plan 2010 (Ashfield CP).
