Prior to the issue of the Construction Certificate, the following must be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Principal Certifying Authority: a) All opaque materials used on the facade must have a specular solar light reflectivity of no greater than 20%. b) All balcony glazing must have a visible light reflectivity value not greater than 8% (measured at the normal angle). c) All other glazing must have a visible light reflectivity not greater than 20% (measured at the normal angle).
