35. Glazing assemblies are to be demonstrated as meeting the thermal performance requirements of the BASIX certificate approved in accordance with condition 34 of this consent with glazing components having an external visible light reflectivity no greater than recommended by SLR Report 610.30489-R08-v1.0 dated 19 September 2024 (measured at the normal angle). 37. The works/methods/procedures/control-measures/recommendations in the specialist reports outlined in Condition 1 shall be incorporated into the plans and documentation accompanying the relevant Construction Certificate to the satisfaction of the Certifying Authority. 64.
