14. Tree Protection and Retention The following trees are to be protected throughout the course of all demolition and construction works. Tree protection is to be in place prior to commencement of demolition works. All trees to be retained as per approved Arboricultural Impact Assessment plus addition of Tree 58- Lophostemon confertus. A project arborist (min. Qualification AQF5) is to be engaged throughout the demolition and construction process. 45. Tree Removal on Private Land The trees identified as ‘to be removed/pruned’ on the approved plans or by conditions of this consent must be removed in accordance with AS4373 -2007 and the Amenity Tree Industry Code of Practice (SafeWork NSW, August 1998). Condition Reason: To ensure tree preservation and pruning is undertaken in accordance with AS4373:2007.
