Street trees removal approval The existing Syagrus romanzoffiana (Palms) street trees (Newcastle City Council IDs 14455, 14456, 14457, and 14458) located on the Wharf Road frontage are required to be removed, subject to arrangements being made for the removal of the street tree by contacting Newcastle City Council’s City Greening Services. All tree removal works are to be carried out by the Newcastle City Council at the developer's expense. Condition reason: to ensure street trees are not removed without approval.

A s88B (Conveyancing Act 1919) instrument shall be prepared nominating Council as a party to the instrument and submitted to Council for approval and endorsement. Evidence of the registration of the ROW and s88B instrument must be provided to Council in writing prior to the issue of any Occupation Certificate for Stage 3. (Condition amended - MA2023/000221)

14. 75. Waste management (recyclable and non-recyclable) is to be serviced from the King Street loading dock approved under Da 2017/00700 Stage 1. Under no circumstances are garbage bins to be presented to the street for kerbside collection or serviced from the street.
