Use shrubs/plants which are no higher than one (1) metre. b. The type of trees proposed must have a sufficiently high canopy, when fully grown, so that pedestrian vision is not impeded. c. 9. Coal Washery Rejects Any Coal Washery Reject (CWR) material retained or reused on site is to comply with Australian Standard AS3798 Guidelines on Earthworks for Commercial and Residential Developments, unless located within the Tree Protection Zones.
