This includes maintaining adequate soil grades and ensuring all machinery, builders refuse, spoil and materials remain outside tree protection zones. For the remaining 53 replacement trees required, council offers offsite planting under a ‘Deed of Agreement’ as an alternative to onsite planting, at a cost specified in council’s DA25/0286 PAGE 10 schedule of fees and charges. Condition reason: To ensure payment of approved changes to public infrastructure.

43.
