Lane Cove BASIX Compliance Conditions
4 basix compliance conditions imposed by Lane Cove across 3 development applications in our dataset. BASIX conditions require residential development to meet NSW targets for water use, thermal comfort and energy efficiency, with the commitments on the BASIX certificate shown on plans and certified at completion.
