Should the design of the dwelling alter or the commitments to BASIX change, a new BASIX Certificate is required to be completed and submitted to the Principal Certifier. Reason: To ensure BASIX commitments are fulfilled in accordance with the BASIX certificate (prescribed condition under clause 97A(2) EP&A Regulation)

49. Implementation of BASIX Commitments While building work is being carried out, the applicant must undertake the development strictly in accordance with the commitments listed in the BASIX certificate(s) approved by this consent, for the development to which the consent applies. Reason: To ensure BASIX commitments are fulfilled in accordance with the BASIX certificate (prescribed condition under section 75 EP&A Regulation).
