17. BASIX Certificate The development must be carried out in accordance with the commitments shown on the submitted BASIX Certificate. The BASIX commitments must be reflected in the construction certificate plans and specifications for the relevant construction certificate. Any proposed changes to the BASIX commitments after the construction certificate has been issued will require an updated BASIX Certificate. BASIX commitments While building work is being carried out, the consent holder must undertake the development strictly in accordance with the commitments listed in the BASIX certificate(s) approved by this consent, for the development to which the consent applies.
