27. The following fees shall be paid to Council prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate. If payment is made after the end of the financial year, the amount shall be adjusted in accordance with Council's adopted fees and charges. (a) A Footpath Reserve Restoration Deposit of $111,888.80. This is to coverr epair of any damages, or other works to be done by Council. This includesc onstruction, removal, or repair as required to: kerb and guttering, existingo r new driveways; paved areas and concrete footpaths. 31. Payment of fees and security deposits. Before the commencement of any works on the site or the issue of a Construction Certificate, the Applicant must make all of the following payments to Council and provide written evidence of these payments to the Certifier: Soil and Water Management Sign Fee $27.00 Builders Damage Deposit (Security Deposit) $1,815.00 Note: The amount payable must be in accordance with Council's fees and charges at the payment date. Note: At the completion of the project only security deposits can be refunded, fees and c ontributions are non-refundable. Condition reason: To ensure any damage to public infrastructure is rectified and public works can be completed.

73. Council’s warning sign for soil and water management must be displayed on the most prominent point on the building site, visible to both the street and site workers. The sign must be displayed throughout construction. A copy of the sign is available from Council.
