Acoustic Report Recommendations The Noise and Vibration Assessment, prepared by Acoustic Directions, dated 21 November 2023, Version 1.2, submitted as part of this development application shall be complied with at all times. The recommendations as outlined within the noise and vibration assessment, listed below shall be complied with:

Public Address System No public address system or sound amplifying equipment shall be installed so as to permit the emission of offensive noise, as defined by the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997, onto any private premises or public place. Reason: To protect local amenity and prevent noise pollution.
