Note: If the council is not satisfied, the whole or part of the bond submitted will be used to cover the rectification work. Reason: To comply with development application.
25. Amended Management Plans Within thirty (30) days from the date of this consent, an updated Waste Management Plan and Operations Management Plan shall be submitted to Council, reflecting the amended operations/activities as approved by this subject consent. 42. Waste Tyre Storage Tyres shall be stored in accordance with the NSW Fire Brigades Policy No. 2 Guidelines for Bulk Storage of Rubber Tyres. Reason: To prevent, control and manage fire.
