8. Amended Loading Management Plan Before the issue of a Construction Certificate, the applicant shall submit and obtain written approval from Fairfield City Council, swept path diagrams in an amended Loading Management Plan to demonstrate an SRV and an HRV can access the loading bay simultaneously.
