11. Plastic/polypropylene weed matting is prohibited from use. Biodegradable forms of weed control and suppression such as Jute/Coir netting, mesh or matting are acceptable. The applicant must engage a suitably qualified landscape designer or landscape architect to oversee any design changes to the approved landscape plan and amendments required above. Details of these design changes must be included in the documentation submitted with the application for a construction certificate. The Applicant is to fully construct the traffic control signals and associated civil works to the satisfaction of TfNSW at the intersection of Captain Cook Drive and Endeavour Road prior to the issue of the first occupation certificate for any of Buildings 6, 7 and 8, identified in the Staging Plan prepared by Watson Young dated September 2023 Revision E (Drawing 005) dated 12 February 2025 (refer to TAB C).

Release of securities When Council receives an occupation certificate or council receives a subdivision certificate or after completion of all site work, an application may be lodged to release the securities held in accordance with council policy reference.
