10. Car parking details Before the issue of the relevant construction certificate, written evidence prepared by a suitably qualified engineer must be obtained that demonstrates, to the certifier’s satisfaction, the plans for parking facilities comply with the relevant parts of AS 2890.1 Parking Facilities - Off-Street Carparking and council’s relevant development control plan (in force as at the date of determination of this consent). Condition reason: To ensure parking facilities are designed in accordance with the Australian Standard and council’s DCP.
63. Car park ventilation - alternate system Prior to the occupation of the building or the issue of any occupation certificate, certification must be provided by a qualified mechanical ventilation engineer that the installation of the ventilation system has been carried out in accordance with condition ‘Building work/ Car park ventilation - alternate system‘ above. Condition reason: To ensure the mechanical ventilation system has been constructed and installed as approved.

Works required in the road reserve A driveway application must be made to Council to obtain footpath crossing and boundary alignment levels before commencing the final design of internal driveways, paths and car park area. DA25/0286 PAGE 7 The proposal must comply with the levels issued by council and a copy of the issued levels must accompany the construction certificate.
