2. The garbage and/or recycling storage area must have a smooth impervious floor that is graded to a floor waste. A tap and hose must be provided to facilitate regular cleaning of the bins and all waste water must be discharged to the sewer in accordance with the requirements of Sydney Water. Garbage bins must be designed to prevent the escape of any liquid leachate and must be fitted with a lid to prevent the entry of vermin. Condition reason: Ensure the development is suitably serviced.
