Payment of security deposits Before the issue of the relevant construction certificate or before demolition work commences, the applicant must: 1. make payment of $15,000.00 for a security deposit to the consent authority, and 2. if a principal certifier is required to be appointed for the development - provide the principal certifier with written evidence of the payment and the amount paid. Condition reason: To ensure any damage to public infrastructure is rectified and public works can be completed.
