14. Photovoltaic (PV) panels are required to be installed on the roof of the new building. Details including the proposed location on roof and elevations in plan shall be provided to Council for approval prior to the issue of the Construction Certificate to ensure that there are no visual or reflective impacts upon adjoining properties or the heritage item at No. 45 Wentworth Road Strathfield. 40. Heritage Interpretation Plan: The installation and completion of the heritage interpretation in accordance with the approved Heritage Interpretation Plan required to be submitted prior to the release of a Construction Certificate, shall be verified by an inspection by the Principal Certifier prior to the issue of any Occupation Certificate or Interim Occupation Certificate.
