Amended plans The development is to incorporate the following amendments and the amended plans are to be submitted to the certifier, for approval, prior to the issuing of a construction certificate: • A cantilevered awning shall be provided along the southern elevation of the building, to provide weather protection for the through-site link, privacy for the residents adjacent to the link, and an architectural response that responds to the smaller scale and heritage character of Quondong Cottage. Heritage NSW – Exclusion Zone Before work commences, an exclusion zone is to be erected around culturally modified tree GS1 ST (AHIMS # Pending) and the recorded GPS location of GPP lF6 (AHIMS #45-5-5899). The extent of the exclusion zone is to be at least 10 meters from the base for the tree and the find, respectively, and signified through an installed fence. The fenced exclusion zone is to be maintained until all works associated with Stage 1 have concluded.
