Pedestrian access points to the building including the car park shall be so designed so that shopping trolleys are not able to be taken outside the building by persons using the retail/commercial area. A final parking lay out plan shall be provided to Council for approval and shall clearly set out the parking for the residential and commercial areas being separated so that residential spaces shall not be accessed by patrons of the commercial/retail uses. Any stacked parking spaces (maximum 2 spaces, nose to tail) must be attached to the same strata title comprising a single dwelling unit or commercial/retail tenancy, subject to the maximum parking limit applying.
