19. Waste Management The premises shall comply with the following waste management practices at all times: a. 12. Driveway The gradients of driveways and manoeuvring areas shall be designed in accordance with Australian Standard AS 2890.1 and AS 2890.2 (as amended). Driveways shall be constructed using decorative paving materials such as pattern stencilled concrete, coloured stamped concrete or paving bricks. The finishes of the paving surfaces are to be non-slip and plain concrete is not acceptable. Location of Visitor Bicycle Parking Prior to the issue of construction certificate, the appointed Certifier must ensure that all visitor bicycle parking facilities, including associated hardstand areas, are located entirely within the property boundaries of the subject lot, ensuring no encroachment into public land or adjoining properties. Condition reason: To ensure that these works are wholly located within the property boundaries.
17. Car Parking Spaces All car parking spaces shall be designed, sealed, line marked and made available to all users of the site in accordance with Australian Standards AS 2890.1, 2890.2, and 2890.6 (as amended). CCTV cameras shall be installed in the carpark of the premises to reduce the risk of vehicle theft.
