9. To assist with an assessment of claims for the refund of the security deposit over Council’s property, a dilapidation report must be submitted. The dilapidation report shall be submitted as a PDF in Adobe format or in A4 format. The report must document and provide photographs that clearly depict any existing damage to the road, kerb, gutter, footpath, driveways, street trees, street signs or any other Council assets in the vicinity of the development. To reduce the potential for adverse amenity effects such as overshadowing, loss of views, and loss of plant diversity, Leighton Green Cypress Cupressocyparis leylandii or any of its cultivars, shall not be planted on the site for the life of the development.
