To minimise disruption to and ensure reasonable safety for surrounding public and private property during site works, a Construction Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved by Council's Traffic Committee. The plan is to address matters raised in Council's "Guide for Construction Traffic Management Plans" which is available on Council's website at www.mosman.nsw.gov.au. Note: An application fee per site for Construction Traffic Management Plans applies. Fees are reviewed annually. 48. The land and adjoining areas shall be kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times. No construction vehicles, building materials, waste, machinery or related matter shall be stored on the road or footpath for the duration of works unless separate approval has been obtained from Council’s Traffic Committee for the establishment of a Construction Zone. All works and traffic movements must be carried out in accordance with the approved Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) except where amended by any conditions stipulated within Council’s letter of CTMP Approval.
