7. Basement Layout and Holding Bays The Applicant is to provide two (2) additional holding bays on Basement Level 1, consistent with the arrangement on Basement Level 2. This is required to account for the overlap associated with the B99 vehicle clearance envelope identified in the swept path assessments, and to ensure safe and efficient vehicle circulation and queuing within the basement. Updated basement plans and swept path diagrams are to be provided to demonstrate compliance with this requirement.
