2. It is a condition of the development consent that a sign must be erected in a prominent position on a site on which building work, subdivision work or demolition work is being carried out— a. showing the name, address and telephone number of the principal certifier for the work, and b. showing the name of the principal contractor, if any, for the building work and a telephone number on which the principal contractor may be contacted outside working hours, and c. stating that unauthorised entry to the work site is prohibited.

Trees to be retained as identified in the Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) must have tree protection measures for the ground, trunk and canopy installed and maintained by the project arborist for the duration of demolition and construction works in accordance with the Tree Protection Plan (TPP) in the AIA or the TPP prepared by TMC Reports , dated 25 November 2025.

3. The sign must be— a. maintained while the building work, subdivision work or demolition work is being carried out, and b. removed when the work has been completed.
