2. OSD shall be modelled in DRAINS with weir and orifice as per plans prepared by PCE Consulting Engineers, PCE23111. Any excess flow, overtopping or bypass of the OSD shall be reviewed and present no risk to the occupants of the child care centre. Otherwise, the OSD shall be re-sized accordingly.
