20. Sydney Water - Approval (modified - Mod B) With any application for a construction certificate, this application must be submitted to Sydney Water for approval to determine whether the development would affect any Sydney Water infrastructure, and whether further requirements are to be met related to each of Stages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the approved development. Note: Building plan approvals can be obtained online via Sydney Water Tap inTM through www.sydneywater.com.au under the Building and Development tab.

Waste Transport and Disposal Records (modified - Mod B) Prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate related to each of Stages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, all relevant documentation to satisfy all regulatory requirements related to the transportation of waste must be provided to the Principal Certifier and Council, including but not limited to transport certificates, consignment numbers and records of waste disposal through NSW EPA’s ‘Waste Locate’ system.
