Construction Certificate Required Construction shall not commence on the site, including the placement of temporary buildings, site sheds, earthworks, site excavation, filling or other site preparation works (with the exception of site survey work), prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate by Council or a nominated Principal Certifier. Sydney Water Tap In / Building Plan Approval Before the issue of a construction certificate, approval obtained via Sydney Water via ‘Tap inTM’ (www.sydneywater.com.au) or a Sydney Water - Water Service Co-Ordinator shall be submitted to the Principal Certifier. Condition Reason: To ensure that the Sydney Water infrastructure is not damaged or impacted by the development.

Test Reports All test results as required by the Wollondilly Shire Council Construction Specification must be provided to Council during construction on request or, where not requested, supplied prior to issue of the Certificate of Practical Completion.
