Certification of Internal Driveways and Parking Areas (modified - Mod B) Prior to the issue of the an Occupation Certificate relevant to each of Stages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the development, a certificate is to be obtained by an appropriately qualified Traffic Engineer certifying that the access ways, loading areas and parking areas for that stage of works comply with Australian Standards AS 2890.1, AS 2890.2 and AS 2890.6.
7. A common turning area to service the proposed development in accordance with Australian Standards AS 2890.1 to ensure vehicles can enter and leave the site in a forward direction. A right of access shall be created over the turning area to ensure access is maintained at all times.
