General a) The developer shall be responsible for all public utility adjustment/relocation works, necessitated by the above work and as required by the various public utility authorities and/or their agents. b) All demolition and construction vehicles are to be contained wholly within the site and vehicles must enter the site before stopping. c) A Road Occupancy Licence (ROL) should be obtained from Transport Management Centre for any works that may impact on traffic flows on Castle Hill Road during construction activities. Garbage receptacle (modified - Mod B) a) A garbage receptacle must be provided at the work site before works begin relevant to each of Stages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and must be maintained until all works are completed. a) The garbage receptacle must have a tight fitting lid and be suitable for the reception of food scraps and papers. b) The receptacle lid must be kept closed at all times, other than when garbage is being deposited. c) Food scraps must be placed in the garbage receptacle and not in demolition and construction waste bins. 6. Identification of the disposal sites to which the hazardous materials will be taken. Note: The Hazardous Material Survey must be lodged via Council’s Online Services Portal at: https://hornsbyprd-pwy-epw.cloud.infor.com/ePathway/Production/Web/Default.aspx and by selecting the following menu options: Applications > New Applications > Under ‘Application Types’: Management Plans. Reason: To require a plan for safely managing hazardous materials.
17. Construction Work Hours (Mod B) All work on site (including demolition and earth works) must only occur between 7am and 5pm Monday to Saturday (unless otherwise approved in writing by Council due to extenuating circumstances). No work is to be undertaken on Sundays or public holidays.
76. Demolition of Structures (modified - Mod B) All structures identified for demolition on the approved demolition plans must be demolished Prior to issue an Occupation Certificate relevant to each of Stages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the development.
47. Notice of Commencement for Demolition At least one week before demolition work commences, written notice must be provided to council and the occupiers of neighbouring premises of the work commencing. The notice must include:
1. All demolition and/or construction waste must be stored in a waste receptacle and be removed from the site at frequent intervals. Materials are to be wholly contained within the waste receptacle and not overflowing.
