32. Internal pavement and vehicle barrier Prior to the issue of the relevant construction certificate, the principal certifier shall be satisfied that the internal driveway and parking areas have been designed in accordance with Australian Standards AS 2890.1/2004, AS2890.2/2002 and AS 2890.6/2009. A suitable vehicle barrier is to be designed and constructed to prevent vehicles from running over the edge of the carpark and driveway.
