90. Upon completion of the approved landscape works associated with the development and prior to the issue of any OC, an Implementation Report is to be submitted to the PCA attesting to the satisfactory completion of the landscape works in accordance with the approved landscape plan. The report is to be prepared by a suitably qualified person. The Landscape works to the office and car parking area must be in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by Ecological Consultants Australia Pty Ltd, dated January 2025.

106. A total of 13 18 off street car parking spaces must be provided in accordance with Council’s relevant development control plan. 2 of the spaces must be designed and signposted/marked for the specific use of persons with a disability.
