ELECTRIC VEHICLE PHASING AND INFRASTRUCTURE All car parking spaces of the development shall be provided with suitable electrical phasing and infrastructure for owners of apartments to install electric vehicle charging points during the life of the development and details are to the satisfaction of the Principal Certifying Authority prior to the issue of the occupation certificate. Condition reason: To ensure that all parking spaces in the development can accommodate electric vehicle charging points during the life of the development.
74. HEADROOM CLEARANCE The headroom clearance on the driveway and within the carpark for access to car parking spaces is to be a minimum of 2.2 metres in general and 2.5 metres above the disabled parking spaces and shared zones for the car parking spaces. Condition reason: To ensure sufficient headroom in the basement car park.
