99. HEADROOM CLEARANCE The headroom clearance on entry, within the basement level shall be a minimum of 3.0 metres to adequately accommodate a small rigid vehicle (SRV) head height of 2.8 metres. 63. VEHICULAR ACCESS - FINISHED LEVEL TO FOOTPATH The finished level at the property boundary on both sides of each vehicle crossing is to match the existing concrete footpath. D.
