Traffic Control Plan A Traffic Control Plan prepared in accordance with the Roads and Maritime Services publication ‘Traffic Control at Worksites’ is to be prepared by an appropriately qualified person and submitted to Council, prior to commencement of any works, for approval. Where the site adjoins a Roads and Maritime Service controlled road, the Traffic Management Plan is to be approved by Roads and Maritime Services before submission to Council for approval. Details demonstrating compliance with these requirements are to be submitted to the Certifier prior to the issue of the Construction Certificate.

Details demonstrating compliance with the above must be provided to the Certifying Authority prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate.

3. Bushfire Risk Positioning of the proposed building has allowed for the creation of an APZ with minimum vegetation removal. However, around 0.38ha of native vegetation is required be managed as an IPA. The application was referred to Rural Fire Service and General Terms of Approval have issued. If complied with those terms of approval are expected to suitably address bushfire risk.
