Traffic Control Plan A Traffic Control Plan prepared in accordance with the Roads and Maritime Services publication ‘Traffic Control at Worksites’ is to be prepared by an appropriately qualified person and submitted to Council, prior to commencement of any works, for approval. Where the site adjoins a Roads and Maritime Service controlled road, the Traffic Management Plan is to be approved by Roads and Maritime Services before submission to Council for approval.
